The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms with the biggest beds I have ever seen, but the TV was tiny and didn't work. The mattresses were uncomfortable and very old. The reception area was spacious and comfortable.

At 2 am in the morning, the hotel had decent aircon and WiFi, with big and clean rooms offering great views perfect for a short overnight stay. The staff needs more training to communicate effectively but are efficient and accommodating, always with a smile, making it a friendly choice especially for families with kids. The location, though a bit overgrown, is not close to shops but boasts beautiful green gardens and is conveniently a 15-minute drive from Istanbul Airport, making it a remarkable retreat amidst National Park surroundings. During an unexpected very long layover, the dining experience was awesome with plenty of choices to cater to different needs in a great dining area.
